It pays to ask even stupid questions! You reminded me that I have various
bits of old burrito wrap lying around; unfortunately, my only scrap of the
old, heavier brown stuff is too narrow to work well, but I do have a full
piece of the newer grey. Problem solved!

I like the tyvek idea, too.
