I'm close to your total payload and I use 38-622 $15 tires from Amazon on my Dyad rims (36 in front, 40 in back) on screened trails and rough roads. Certainly no concerns.
Someday I'm gonna try Marathon Supremes to see if they're an upgrade I'd value. But frankly I find my current tires okay.
