For a while I had a Shimano Nexus hub on my AHH and needed a chain
tensioner.  I tried the Shimano tensioner and, for some that reason
that I can no longer remember, it did not work and I had to return
it.  I think it had something to do with the spacing.  I then tried
the Surly with great success and later used another Surly on a SS
project bike that I built.
