The extended weather forecast for Riv Rally East (Wellsboro PA) is begining to come into range, and so far it indicates rain for the entire weekend... (which of course is still way too early to worry), but brings up a fair question that I'd like to get out in front of... If we do have a good chance of significant rain in the forecast (beyond a chance of showers here and there), what's the feeling about keeping the event as-is, or possibly rescheduling it out 1-4 weeks?
I'd like to get a rough idea from the folks who may attend (or who would consider attending the Rally if rescheduled for later).
