I carry two spares, patch kit, tire pump (Topeak Road Morph), tire levers, Trek multitool (includes chain tool), spare master link, my S&S wrench (Bleriot has couplers), and a bottle of chain lube.
I've had like, um, 4(?) flats with Bleriot, which is coming up on 10,000 miles. Of course, my idea of a nice ride out in the country may vary from yours. Most of my riding is NOT urban riding.
