I've used The Color Factory in Waretown, NJ. and really like their work. Bruce Risley is the owner, and has been painting bikes for many years. He uses DuPont Imron paint. No web site; his phone # should be searchable online. It's a small operation (but don't be fooled)... he's a pro, and has plenty of references. Good luck.
