Always: Two tubes, two patch kits, tool assortment*, saddle cover, mechanical pump *mini tool with a chain tool, Y-wrench for fender adjustment, 8/10 park wrench for canti adjustment, couple inches o' chain, tire levers, two thin rubber gloves A tube is never overkill.
