Jordan, not much I can do from Vermont, but I am sorry about the loss of your bike. I'm also sorry about the inevitable loss of trust and security.
I think I would notify both police stations and bike shops throughout the bay area. Often the people who end up with good bikes don't have any idea what they have and go to a bike shop asking rudimentary questions, like how do you use a presta valve.
