For 8 months I was planning on getting a Bomba with a Diag tube before grabbing the "special" one with an insignificant paint/ seat tube panel issue with a significant discount painted grey and maroon with cream pinstriping with a horizontal tube instead. Let us know when it arrives or is back on track I have to much faith to believe something is amiss.
