I rode in Gifford for 3 days in Sept and did the reverse of the route
you had done the morning I saw you. We went up over Old Man Pass and
then over Elk Pass then down the other side to some campgrounds
outside of Randle. I love riding in GPNF, there's endless possibilites
for bike camping there, on and off road.
