Eric The thing I imagine being weird is friction shifting when I can't see ANYTHING. Can't see the shifters, can't see the crankset, can't see the cogset. It would be great Jedi friction shifting practice, but after 30 years of friction shifting, I'm still accustomed to peeking sometimes for an FD trim or to confirm which cog I'm in. I'd be flyin' blind!
