Nope, the bike-specific Keen Coronados i've got are cleat-free (no place to attach them).
Keen does make similar shoes with cleat-attachments, and sandals like that too, but the bike ones I'm talking about are just less flexy in the sole and upper than the lighter-weight canvas Coronados.
