I purchased a QB from this list a couple of weeks ago. To be honest - it was an impulse buy, I really didn't need another bike, I was perfectly happy with my SH.
When it arrived, I unpacked it (early model/green), slapped some new Delta Cruiser 35's (creme) on it, attached a burrito wrap and hit the road. Man what fun! This bike is fast, quick and loads of fun. I'm going to keep it a bare bike - no fenders, racks, baskets or anything that will add weight to it. Keep it simple and fast. Since I live in mostly flat terrain, a SS is not a problem. Last week I used it as my work commuter (with backpack or mess bag - I know, not ideal but with cooler weather it works) and last weekend I did a 50 mile trip with no problems. The SH will be my part time commuter and grocery hauler but the QB will be used for just about everything else...probably 70/30 in favor of the QB. But then again, maybe this is just new bike syndrome. I'll let you know in a couple of months. Pictures someday...
