Harris has a good selection of 7 speeds for around $30. They mention they are black & the silver finish is no longer available. Not sure if that has anything to do with quality. Lots of them have a 13 smallest cog & the 14-32 is still available.
8 speed standards are also $30 but you'd have to buy 2 and put them together to get a decent cassette like a 13-30 or 13-32.
