Joneswares absolutely do not wear like this. Ibex duos don't either (but they
are not wool on the high wear areas). Can't speak to other brands.

I find wool to have inadequate abrasion resistance for shorts, tights and
trousers for cycling. They wear through in embarrassing places quickly
(sometimes within 2-3 rides).
