For a light person, get light tires! You also might want to consider the 32mm Grand Bois Cypres tires which are fast and long lasting. Col de Vie sucks a bit of life out of a lively bike; great for lots of off roading and winter, but less so on the road. The Cypres offer more than enough cush for a lighter person + the speed factor is really great.
