Howdy. It is probably a bit anti-RBW, but I would say if you have any concerns about freewheels then skip the freewheel Phils. If you plan on indexing, or think you might ever want it, skip the freewheel Phils. PW seems like a great company, but among reputable brands any rear hub given reasonable care will be pretty much trouble free IMHO.
Doug P.S. To me, the whole dishless rear wheel thing seems like a great idea that doesn't matter much in real life. I am well over 200lbs., don't use particularly stout/overbuilt rear wheels and have never had an issue that I would attribute to dish.
