Yes, I have a 54.5cm Toyo Atlantis with 26" wheels. While it's just a hair 
smaller than the 56cm version (which was the largest frame size Atlantis of 
that era that took 26" wheels), if I were you looking for a 56-58cm 
Atlantis, I would look for the 56cm. A 58cm of that era would be the 700 
wheel size, and you'd be somewhat limited to how big your tires could be. 
Because there's so much clearance on the 26" models, I'm running big 2.3" 
Rene Herse Humptulips on mine and there's plenty of room.
