Man the lugged stem in 120 is looking mighty tempting… I already have the lugged seatpost. I bought it mostly for the extra layback with my Brooks, but it’s also quite good looking, let’s be honest. Certainly way better than the Suntour mts-100 I bought that I just couldn’t bring myself to install on such an otherwise good looking bike. So I bought it for my bday this past May. Maybe I’ll just piddle through the rest of the year and the winter with my current 110, and buy the lugged stem for my bday next year.
Yeah, I’ll need a 26 to 25.4 shim and also to unwrap one side of my bars, but I think I’m willing to do that for the most beautiful stem in the universe lol. Meanwhile it’s probably worth getting ahold of an equivalent quill adapter and stem - probably a VO setup - just to test the fit before dropping over $200.
