Alex's Cycles in Japan has 110 mm Faceplater's <https://alexscycle.com/collections/quill-stems/products/nitto-mt-54s-stem> in stock, if that last 10 mm is negotiable. Been warned though, I did get a tariff bill from FedEx when I ordered a stem from Alex's Cycles about a month ago.
