It's the rear brake cable guide that will divide us!  :)

I saw quite a few double top tubes in Asia (Flying Pigeon, Raleigh),
they don't see that unusual anymore.  I bet you have a lot of fun with
that one.  Wonder how I can swing a new Hillborne? ("but, but, but,
it's over a year old...and the chain in dirty...")
