I have Tioga Surefoot 8 pedals on the Travelo and like them. The
quality is very high, and they're pretty light. I put 4 pins on each
side, at the corners, and that provides plenty of grip. The platform
isn't as wide as some others. It's perfect with Allen Edmonds
"Mitchell" shoes which, alas, have been discontinued. With Tevas, the
Surefoot 8 is a little narrow, so you get a bit of a rolling-off-the-
side sensation. The platform is truly flat, though, and I find that's
a key feature.
