Jim,

I'm interested in what you said about the 'fancy' pedals w/ sealed
bearings, nice machining etc. and I was wondering if you could turn me
onto some specific models. I am very interested in the White
Industries pedal, but what's holding me back is the need for a cage or
even Powergrip. I would like pedals that are going to last a good long
time, have superb bearings and generally support the practice of
wearing whatever shoes to ride. I like to ride in sandals, and that
wouldn't be so much fun with any sort of strap/clip.
