I've got 'em on my Quickbeam and they are just fine. I generally am commuting and they give great quick stopping power in traffic. I've also had my QB loaded up for camping and have gone down some hills with lots of extra weight, no problem controlling my speed. I've been thinking about getting a set for my beater bike.
