Very cool conversion. I read about the extra strain on the chain in this
kind of configuration, I would love to hear more about it for real riding
conditions. What kit did you opt for?

My choice is to sell off some of my other non Riv bikes and afford a
Priority E-bike with a mid drive motor, a carbon gates belt, and an
internal set of gears as a start. Still affordable vs the $10,000+ touring
e bikes on the market these days.
