This doesn't show a setup with a linear-pull type brake, but it has detail
of the shape of the Nitto Mini-front rack attachment point.

I actually added the nylon spacer so that the rack would clear the canti
brake cable, as my hanger is a non-standard setup.

It's definitely going to depend upon the arm length, which I don't have at
ready reference.
