Regarding what Steve wrote below, based on my experience I entirely agree, with the caveat that with the availability of JB greens, I'd take the upper limit of that "sweet spot" to 33.33333.
I'm honestly puzzled by the requests for a "700c Hetre". I don't really see the point of it, especially as far as road riding is concerned (but maybe even for trails too). If you really need a tire that big, why not just go 650B and call it a day?
