Welcome Daniel! Adding to - and throwing a wrench in - what others have said: Sizing by effective toptube/reach is also a way to go here with Atlantis. For instance I owned a current-gen 53cm that worked nicely with pullback bars, and think a 50 with drops would work for me, too.
The question to ask Riv is if the 55cm Atlantis (61cm ETT) will still let you have the bars level with the saddle. You'll have notably more seatpost showing so I don't know the answer to this. Also you'll lose the rainbow tube so that may be a dealbreaker leading to buying the Sam.
