It doesn't, I'm fairly certain the Bitex hub she's getting will be 11/12-speed compatible and need a spacer to mount her 9-speed cassette. This assumes James @ Analog doesn't talk her into friction-shifting an 11-50 11-speed cassette with a SRAM derailer.
