Yeah their stuff is pretty expensive, but not over-priced.  Might be 
overkill for a lot of people though (not unlike a $1500 lugged steel 
frameset ;) ). Pricing is definitely a product of quality of materials and 
MUSA labour, and their stuff is more labour-intensive to make than a shop 
sack, of course. I know they have never been racking in the dough from 
them, and they are struggling right now along with many companies. 

There are so many good quality bag-makers for purpose-built cycling 
adventures these days, I love it. You can generally find a local-ish maker 
to support, no matter where you're living.
