Well I guess there are two ways it could go:   raising the
intersection with the seat-tube or lowering the intersection with the
headtube (or downtube if it goes that far) so that it becomes closer
to horizontal like this:

or lowering the intersection with the seat-tube so that it comes
closer to bisecting the front triangle like this:

To be honest, now that I think about it either one would be pretty
neat.
