I believe statistics show that railings are much more effective at 
preventing bathtime injuries. 

I don't personally know any anti-helmet advocates, though I'm sure they 
must exist. I think most folks who sometimes or never wear a helmet would 
just like to be able to make that choice without getting lectures from 
various quarters.
