Yep. Lifestyle matters. I've decided I'm moving back where I can ride my bike everywhere, or walk, like I did in Seattle. When asked what my professional goals are for the next year, I'm always tempted to say "ride my bike to work every day." And then there's portions, and then there's something about excess fats and carbs and the kind of fats and carbs. Micronutrients. And, real food. Slow food. Local and organic food. And not too much of anything, but INTENSITY matters, too. Fellow Truthseekers, we are all the path; not all those who wander are lost... I've always loved that this bike shop sells cooking pots, soap, and books that really don't say anything directly about cycling. I still think about "The Long Walk" by Rawicz (Still in the Rivendell Catalog!!!) , and wonder if it's all true, and what it means to Americans, now in the 21st Century...
