Thanks for the mention [and very kind words too] folks.

Yeah, I am still around and riding lots. We, as a family, are
planning a move to Northern California sometime soon'ish [money is
always the issue... and moving costs a lot of it]. Portland, Oregon
is a great town for riding... the infrastructure is excellent for
cycling.
However, the 'scene' isn't so good.
If you don't race, and I don't [except against my best competition,
Me], there really isn't much -as a cycler- to attach oneself to for
feeling a part of things here in Portland.
There are tons of commuters, which is great, but they are busy, well,
commuting. So anyway, we are moving on. And, I am too old for
hanging out with the Fixster Hipsters [plus, I look crummy in black-n-
white horizontal stripes].

Yes, I am writing a book. I was approached, after the longer print
piece in Bicycling Magazine came out on me [ now available on the
Interwebs at http://www.bicycling.com/article/0,6610,s1-1-323-21443-1-P,00.html
], by a New York City literary/entertainment agency to sign with them
so they can represent me and shop the book to publishing houses [and
also for the more bizarre notion -to my mind at least- for movie
deals].

It's all very odd, this life...

but ultimately, it's great still being alive and able to do much more
than I ever could before.

I just participated in a short interview series for a website called
Disease Proof as well... for anyone interested, you can read it here:
http://www.diseaseproof.com/archives/interviews-features-interview-with-a-nutritarian-scott.html
It was interesting to me mainly because of their wanting blood/body
stats, which to me is the proof in proof regarding the work I've done
and continue to do.

Last, the blog, a blog. LFoaB remains up and paid for to help others
out [if need be, or they want it]. I just don't actively post to it
any longer and won't. For as many great things that came from it -and
boatloads did!- a lot of bad came out of it too for me personally, and
my family. If stuff bothers my family, well I am not real happy about
things like that, so something had to give and it did by ceasing to
post.

I still do blog, it's just kept very low key and quiet... and that
suits me just fine.

Again, thanks for all the kind words!
