Scott's story is an inspiration.

He was profiled in a Rivendell Reader, also.  And there was a short article
which appeared at Bicycling.com.

That Active.com article you referenced is a little out of date.  He's since
moved out to to Portland, has hit his 180 pound goal (and then some...), has
unfortunately suspended the LFOAB blog, and twitters pretty steadily.

He's absoutely one of my heros.
