I actually prefer Maxxis Ikons to Racing Ralphs. They felt just as fast to me on pavement (maybe faster) but wear a LOT better than Racing Ralphs.
I've only run a few miles on Thunder Burt's. They appear to be even faster, but I'm unsure of the longevity and off-road performance. I will need some more ride time before I decide to stick with them or get another pair of Ikons when they wear out.
