I’m pretty set on the upcoming riv rack. That said, pass and stow rack is excellent for what you describe. I just sold mine because I don’t ever put more than a few pounds up front, but if I did, I’d want that rack. Super sturdy but not gigantic, can take a pannier, internal wiring and excellently placed light mount.
