I've used both SOMA racks. The big one works and looks great, but it's kinda like always having a front load even when empty, it felt heavy and unwieldy to me. The Demi has fixed struts that I felt placed the rack too far forward of the headtube, and I wouldn't dare load 20 lbs. on it.
