Even the green crosswalks haven’t been corrected. At the Smithfield Street Bridge where that ramp’s accessible it and an older sign tell you to cross, go right then left on Fort Pitt Blvd., the old, traffic filled make-do route.
At the bridge I just went left a few feet on the sidewalk to the ramp then down to the river. No more traffic lights or urban confusion l.
