No, I never saw that mentioned. As I understand it, Boeshield dries to
a wax, so it "probably" shouldn't be a problem (I'm no chemist, to say
the least). I would imagine the solvent in Frame Saver would dissolve
Boeshield's wax, adding it to the mix, so you might just be adding a
little more protection.
