I’ve had all three...though I moved the chocos off pretty fast.
I’ll agree with everyone saying that of the three, bullmoose seems to be 
closest to what you’re looking for. I think, if you’re hoping the front 
position of chocos or boscos will be similar to the hooks of a mustache, that 
you’ll be disappointed. I put the boscos on my dad’s bike and he loves them 
because it puts him super upright. I would guess that’s not what you’re looking 
for. 
As far as any of these bars in comparison to the mustache, I think they all 
pale. The mustache has a bunch of legitimate positions that all felt 
comfortable for me. All the mooses have one position and a couple others that 
feel sort of weird. That’s my opinion, of course. 
I don’t know what stem you are running these days, but if it were me and I was 
looking for added stiffness and a different setup, I might try something 
different than the tallux (maybe a dirt drop or a quill mtb stem) and the wavie 
bar. I really like the map/ahearne bar, and the wavie  looks like a wider 
version.
