That's why I went with Schmidt. I treat that thing no better than a stone 
in the yard. I chose it because I cannot add another fussy thing my 
commuting bike given what I expect and subject it to in daily use. 

You add a dynamo lighting system to one of your bikes and you will be 
transformed.
