I ordered a bunch of straps from this site years ago: https://www.strapworks.com/default.asp Just get the width correct. They have buckles galore, just be aware which ones are fixed and which are sewn on.
Note that the thickness of the straps varies. Nylon straps are what I think of as "dog leash weight." Polypro straps are thinner and lighter like a 1" belt that may come with a pair of nylon shorts.
