My PBH is 92 and I can't imagine riding at the recommended 80-82 saddle 
height.  My hips rock terribly with it that high. I find about 77-78 works 
best for me.  I also have tight hamstrings and glutes.  I am curious if 
your new found yoga practice allowed you to raise your seat.
