Topeak Mini Dual DX <https://www.topeak.com/global/en/products/mini-pumps/242-mini-dual-dx> is 9.1" long, but I think could fit at an angle inside the banana sax if that's an option for you. I have no idea of the number of pumps it would take to 60psi for a 32; I've always carried mine on my mtb's. It does pump during both the pull and the push strokes. Schrader or presta.
