I can't tell exactly the reach/height of your stem as shown, but a stem with more rise, like a Dirt Drop will certainly offer more height so you could keep the bar.
The VO Porteur offers 40mm more rise, if that is indeed enough, I assume you are aware that they come in 22.2 or 23.8 ?
