Okay, this is actually a (semi-)serious entry: a windbreaker that consists only of the front torso section of a "typical" windbreaker, with loops to go around the neck, the arms, and the waist, to hold it in place. Sorta an upscale manufactured version of the old bike racer's trick of sliding a newspaper under his jersey front in cold weather...
