They were all spec'd 25.4, but I've found that there's some variation with Nitto bars and it doesn't take much over-size to become a real headache with mounting. For instance the Boscos on my Clem fit the clamp but it's tight, and the OD of the grip area makes sliding levers and grips on a real chore.
