Greetings I'm somewhat baffled by the clamp size on a used choco-norm I picked up here on the list. >From what I read, the bar is sized at 25.4mm, however I seem to only be able to get my 26.0 stems around it. Further the bar as I purchased it has scratches all around it from, what looks like, attempting to install it on a stem that's too narrow for it.
