Yes, fenderless.

I grow increasingly concerned, over the years, of front end wrecks due to the
possibility of fender or rack failures as I have read about them happenning,
and now the latest blagh post. I meticulously mount fenders so as to be as
in-built stress free as poss. But I still wonder if one day the clock will run
out.

So I have stopped riding with fenders and racks and find that a nice banana sax
and bartube or Brooks Milford are good enough for my load carrying and no need
for racks/fenders.

But I cringe at the thought of riding fenderless on salty winter roads on my
Rambouillet. I only ride dry roads in winter, and around here that means white
with dry salt.

If you have run your Rivs fenderless on dry salty roads, how have they fared?

Thanks for relating your experiences!
